I've put up a lot of advice and rectified a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you've put up makes impeccable sense. Please uphold the good work - the more individuals know the better they'll be outfitted to cope with the tax man, and that's what it's all about. We'll see what happens with Levine, but the drug and device contexts are very different as are the laws under which they are regulated. Maybe if they tried to sue the Adware and Spyware companies out of existence for supporting peer to peer client software then they would have gotten somewhere but then suing Adware and Spyware companies would have made the RIAA look good and they probably wouldn't have wanted that.
